
Raspberry Crumble Tart from Gourmet.
The autumn season means endless baking for me. It's when i can leave all the windows to the house open, listen to some music, and just bake. I meant to make this for Wednesday's potluck but i complete forgot that pastry dough needs to chill for one hour (it's been that long since i've made pastry dough). So i made it the next day and it is delicious!
I really do love baking during this time of year. More baking posts to come!
